we uploaded the documents to the NVC on June 20, 2021 and are still waiting.  to me a reunion with my son, he is 16 years old.  Who has what terms for NVC?

I'm wondering what is the timeline for family reunification now?  the timing of the NVC from uploading documents to the NVC to an interview at the US Embassy?

what are the deadlines for family reunification with children under 21 (IR2 visa), I uploaded all the documents to the NVC on June 20, 2021, and it is still quiet.  who knows??

I think you are asking how long it takes NVC to review the documents? From the below, it will probably take another week or two before they start reviewing your documents. You can check the link for progress.

Current case review time: As of 9-AUG-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 11-JUN-2021.

 

After NVC has completed processing, then the time to interview depends how long the backlog at Kiev is.

sent originals of I 864 and IRS transcripts to IR2 person (some embassies are also asking for proof that USC is citizen )

 

and wait for embassy and NVC to schedule interview

You wait until NVC starts processing June 20. They are processing June 15 right now.
