Hello everyone! I will be eligible to file for N400 in the next couple weeks, super excited. I am married to a US citizen and I changed my last name after we got married. However, I kinda regret having a different last name at this point and am planning to apply for citizenship using my maiden name. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you so much in advance.

It is possible, and there is a question on the N400 on the application, and then on your interview day the officer will ask you again if you prefer to change your first/middle/last name, so when you fill answer yes on the 400, good luck!

I submitted N400 on July 23rd. Few days ago I downloaded the Pdf version of submitted form to save the copy and noticed few questions looked empty as if I did not select any option to answer the question. Before submitting the form, I reviewed it multiple times and I know I answered all. In some threads I read for some questions it looks blank after submission.

Could you guys please check the following questions in your pdf version of N400 form how it looks after filing.

Part 2 Q 13. Exemptions from the English Language Test

Option A B C is blank, but I know I selected NO.

Part 12 Q 13. Between March 23, 1933 and May 8, 1945, did you work for or associate in any way (either directly or indirectly) with:

All options A B & C are blank, but I know selected NO.

Does that look blank to you guys as well after selecting No. I am wondering if my answer was not saved due to some reason. Thank you for your time.

On your  receipt  letter  does  it  says  if everything  checks  out  we will  schedule  interview?  I was  wondering  the same  thing  if they reuse  my biometric  again  from  2018. I did  apply  N.400 on 21 June  by the 3 years  rule. I didn't  get biometric  appointment. Thanks

I applied on July 23rd and received Noa1. I also had last bio metrics in 2018 but no info on reuse or new appointment thus far. Its so vague. Did you receive anything about bio? Thanks!

I noticed the same thing on mine. It might be a system glitch. I put that my wife was married 1 time (to me) and it left it blank on the pdf version.

Thanks for sharing bsd058. I hope that's the  case. Also, the system confirmed that I answered all questions and allowed me to submit the form so I feel its a glitch. Hopefully it will not have have any detrimental effect on our processing times and we will be able to point that out  during our interviews.

There is no need to be worried about, everything unanswered can be fixed at the interview, just mentioned it right before your interview starts, and a lot of good luck!!!
