Updating this based on my experience today:
There is no longer an option to press 3 to repeat options. If you call and do not press a button, it will repeat the options ONCE only and then hang up.
The best best is to call at 7:59, as it takes about a minute to go through the options and repeat.
Despite the official guidance saying you could call 2 weeks before you travel - and my travel date being exactly 2 weeks from today - when I rang they said I had to call within 13 days and so ring back tomorrow.
