How important is it to have perfect replica copies of documents?

I submitted a I-129F petition for my fiancé mid April of this year and made a copy of everything on the application before it was sent. The copy I had is lost, and while I can reprint most documents on my computer such as the application in my saved PDF, passport photo, letters, birth certificate. The good portion of the envelope were flight itineraries and hotel stay chosen at random from my travels to visit my fiancé over the years. How important is it to have an exact replica copy of the application? Thanks

One is advised to bring copies to the interview for own record and in case the CO asks for a document if that's misplaced or lost in their system. Don't worry about the exact replica.

importance of perfect replicas: 1 out of 10 with 10 being most important

A k-1 consular interview is at most 15 minutes.  Most likely the CO is not going to go over an approved I-129F which the beneficiary didn’t fill out anyway.

Your beneficiary should bring what you have as far as an I-129F packet copy to the interview and port of entry but don’t offer it the CO or CBPO unless asked.

The day after the interview my future sister in law and  I burned in her clay pot 3 inches of documents that we were advised to bring to the interview.   The day after point of entry, I deposited another  inch of dickens  into the employer’s shred box that we were advised to have ready for POE.

it's more important for your records

sometimes we need to recall dates for the new petitions and trying to remember all is hard

you'll be filing several for your AOS and then later for ROC

From what you are saying, your issue seems to be more that you don't recall which exact documents you sent (ie you had many itineries, and only sent a selection). If that is the case I wouldn't worry at all - so long as you still have the documents, take them all to interview, but its very unlikely they'll ask to see any. Sounds like your issue is you had so much evidence you only sent a selection - that's the complete opposite of a problem! I was in the same situation and did the same thing and they never asked to see any of it at interview etc.

I'm following the guide for K-1 on here and it said replica copies, so i was curious about the importance of that

A replica is recommended in case your package gets lost in the mail on its way to USCIS.  Also good to have in your records to help review details for the visa interview and for filling out future immigration forms after entry to the US.
