Did you check your case on my.uscis.gov? Does it say just "Case was received'?

Yes, the minute I got the text message. It just says:

"On June 1, 2021, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number ###, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice."

I sent out my I-751 package on 06/01/2021 and it arrived 06/02/2021. I used express 1-day shipping because my GC is expiring on the 22nd of this month.

I initially applied and paid for the wrong application [I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card] unknowingly in April this year and actually got an NOA1 with a 12 months extension notice (i don't know why).

So I basically have two applications at USCIS at the moment.😩🤷‍♂️

/

So NOA1 (letter of extension) dated 06/08/2021 came in the mail today! Really excited!  Was not expecting it so soon. Thank God.

Apparently , my I-90 application didnt affect me at all. Basically spent over $1000 to get an extension letter, lol.

Sent Package - June 1

Package arrived - June 2

Credit Card debited - June 7

Case number through text - June 9

Hi June Filers,

Joining the ranks, as my check was cashed yesterday by USCIS. I’ve not received any text message or email yet, I’m thinking those have gone to my attorney who is based in New Zealand. So happy to be going through this waiting game again. It feels like I was only just waiting for my GC petition.

Strange.  Our package was sent by USPS which said it was delivered on June 3.

However our bank account still shows check not cashed as of today.

We are getting worried.

Because if the i-751 package got lost somehow, we have to prepare another package immediately, due to the green card expiring at the end of this month.

Is there a number I can call to find out what's going on?

Still too early to worry about it. I'd give it 1-2 more weeks. If it was delivered, it probably means they still have to get to it.

Why don't they process things chronologically as they are received?

When they process things out of order, like the late arrivals before ours, we have no idea if our stuff is lost or not.

It makes us really nervous, because after 1-2 more weeks,  we would have very little time to refile another package as it took us over a month to gather all the evidence, affidavits letters, and photos.

Lol wish I knew the answer my friend. USCIS does what USCIS does I suppose. Best of luck to you.
