I-751 June 2021 filers?

Good Day All-

 

Anyone have any encouraging news on their application? I submitted my ROC package in June 2021, received a letter stating Biometrics will be reused in September 2021, and nothing since then. I assume my application is in Nebraska since the receipt number starts with 'LIN'. Getting ready to submit N400 here shortly.

Nope nothing. They redid my husbands biometrics in Sept of 21.

It's crazy, I definitely thought we would have heard something by now. Hopefully soon.

Feels like the entire immigration system has come to a grinding halt. Doesn't seem like anyone (in prior months) is seeing any movement.

Well I've never gotten this vefore! Usually there is a date which is always changing, then this morning i get this "congrats you were approved" in my estimate. I got excited for a second so checked uscis. Nope. Still says "ready ro be scheduled"

Don’t feel bad, I got one too! I checked it and it was from someone in March 2021. I guess the system had a glitch. Got a bit excited, but was very weary of it being true.

Mailed my application for N-400 to our lawyers yesterday. Hope to have it submitted to USCIS sometime next week.

I applied June 2021 Roc and N400 this year June got my interview for next month for citizenship

I recommend that if you have your window open apply for citizenship it helps with your case from my point of view applied almost 15 months for ROC but it still says received

Sent in my N400 application last Friday, it was received yesterday. Waiting for the check to clear and get the NOA1. 

We did it through our lawyers (for assurance) but I'm wondering if applying online would have had it 'received' earlier. Fingers crossed this gets some movement soon. 

I heard a rumor that they're sitting on the I-751 applications because they now people will apply for N400 soon; but not sure how true that is.

N-400 is officially received and being reviewed. Hoping this speeds things up. I was watching a video from an immigration lawyer who said that USCIS prioritizes N-400 applications, and I-751s are at the bottom of the list.

@Canadian87 let's hope you get a combo interview, otherwise N-400 is going to be stuck because of pending I-751
