Dear All,

Few days back I attended the immigrant visa interview in AbuDhabi embassy under the category of Cr1 but the consular handover the 221g page and it says ''Revocation of Petitioner'' and check on Passport also. Can Anybody suggest what will be the next steps to follow.

Thanks in Advance.

You have to talk to your spouse and find out if the USC did revote the petition

If so,  there is nothing you can do as the USC must sponsor you to get the visa

If the USC did not then the person needs to email the embassy and try to straighten out the issue before the embassy sends the packet back to the USA

I will tell her to do the same but what will happen if it reach to USA?

depends on her

if she revoked it,  nothing    it will be a dead petition

if this is an error,  she will have to do whatever USCIS says to correct it  (as it goes back to original office)

or did you need joint sponsor for the support and did someone else have an issue ?

you need to find out

She didnt revoked it but the reason which the officer told me is that the marriage is fraud because its not her 1st marriage and she is doing this for money. Even I showed him all the chat history conversation of last 4 years plus our marriage photographs etc.

CO clearly wrote she withdrew the petition so your issue is with her

if she is getting money for marrying like this,  should have gotten different 221g that would say denied

Seems they are maybe checking to see if she actually withdrew it and you are to produce your passport

Talk to your wife

she is the only one that can change this if she withdrew

if she did legally,  she may have to reapply

if all the CO is doing is checking on this issue and waiting for your passport at embassy,  you wait to see what happens

and what we call AP (administrative processing for security) can take weeks or months and nothing u can do just wait like all others wait

No, that is not what that means.  The petitioner revoked the petition.
