The document tab suddently disappeared this afternoon. I wonder if they are updating my account to schedule my interview.

Mine disappeared too. I'm on a similar estimated case completion timeframe (July 2021). Unfortunately I think it's more likely that it's scheduled server maintenance than actual case progress...

It seems that this affected if not all, at least a very large number of myUSCIS accounts.

I'm sure it references the same system, but you can always also check your case status by case number at:
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

As with every day, my status hasn't changed. I don't think there is either progress or a problem here. Just a computer glitch.

We are seeing the same with my husband's case.  Not happy that it is happening but always a good feeling to know you are not alone.

Doesn't mean anything for anybody's particular case, it's just a glitch. Hopefully it's not the type of glitch that affects the rest of their system so they have to cancel people's appointments.

I noticed the same issue yesterday (Feb 15th). This morning (Feb 16th) I was able to log in and the tabs have reappeared. Just wanted to provide an update.

March is the current month.

Come on: time is meaningless in the pandemic!

Fortunately the web site is back to normal today, and just as every other day, we're back to waiting.

Sorry about that! Not sure why Feb was stuck in my mind when I posted that. (Perhaps due to the successful completion of my Citizenship interview in Feb 🤭 ) Anyway, the USCIS Portal tabs are visible again and I was able to see my Oath Ceremony Date + Document today!
