But when filing AOS should we used i134 or 864 ?

For visa interview you fill out i134 and bring supporting documents (tax return etc)

For AOS i864. You can see the check list on this link https://www.uscis.gov/i-485Checklist

That's a lot better than the CR1/IR1 visas.  These usually average about 6 per month.
