Make a timeline now and add your relevant information. Your NOA-1 would be considered March 12.

Anyone else who sent theirs at the beginning of March that hasn't gotten their NOA1 either?

I sent mine March 10th, it was signed for on the 15th. Based on what others have shared I'm hoping for something by the end of the week. Stay strong!

Hi, guys.

My fiance sent our fiance petition to Lewisville, TX on 03/24/2021 through Fedex.

And we are waiting for NOA1.

We heard that it will take a month because of Pandemic.

Today someone said our petition will be rejected because we used Fedex service.

I don’t get it. And the someone said she saw some information “Do not use Fedex service. We don’t accept the petition” on February or March on USCIS website.

I’m shocked and panicked... is it truth?

We sent ours the first week 😔 I'm getting more and more convinced something went wrong as they are already giving NOAs to cases after that

Not true. We used FedEx to Lewisville in March and we got our NOA1 early April. 
No problem with FedEx

So our application was received March 9 and check was cashed April 2 but never received text or email despite signing up for those notifications. I’m guessing at this point I just have to wait for a physical copy of NOA1? Will it have our WAC on it?

Yes, I also didn't receive a text or email. I couldn't track my money order to see when they cashed it, but my mailed NOA1 had a date of March 27 and I received it in the mail nearly a week later. I assume you should be getting yours in the mail within the next few days.

Good to know! Thanks! Seems odd that some of us don’t get the notification but I’m hardly complaining since I got my NOA1 so quick compared to a lot of others this year.

I also used FedEx with no issues at all. It was delivered on 3/3 and we received the NOA1 on 3/24. Good luck!

Where I work I have to do Fed Ex shipments daily. I think what they mean is you need to make sure you send it to the address for Fed Ex shipments. USPS uses a PO BOX. If you try and send your package to the PO BOX through Fed Ex it will not be accepted, because apprently Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Box.
