I-751 package was received on 3/17, NOA1 was dated 4/8, still no biometric appointment or waiver. YSC service center with CR-1 status. Strange that they would potentially require another set of biometrics when the last set is only less than three years old. I'm hearing that CR-1 biometrics are seldom waived, but don't understand the rationale behind that practice.

I entered on a K1 and also haven't had a waiver or appointment. YSC is slow.

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

My wifes biometrics were waived on a CR-1 at YSC on June 9th. As others have stated, looks like a lot of folks are seeing the same from YSC. This was good news, as we did not care to drive 2.5 hours for biometrics if we didn't have too.

Has anyone from MSC (CR1 ROC filers specifically) gotten any update on biometrics?? It seems the only ones who have been waived have been k1.

my packet was actually initially received 3/26, however weirdly they changed received to 4/17. That’s the only update I have and it’s nothing. I thought biometrics was 4-8 weeks after filing. Is that super delayed too?
