Yup, estimated processing time went down to October 2021 for me as well!! Can't complain, I waited about a year for each one of the other steps, what's 8 months more? Lol

Submitted mine on Thursday 2/11/21. Initial completion estimate was December 2021.

Payment processed morning of 2/12/21 and estimated completion dropped to June 2021.

Exactly same with mine

I won't complain, my greencard expires July 2022......I was worried about the prospect of N-400 dragging on to the point that I'd have to renew the greencard.

I wonder if the sudden drop in the processing timeline is due to staffing getting back close to normal levels.

Resident since 2010....removed conditions in 2012....eligible since 2013

I don't look at it as being slow......I look at it as giving myself more time to build a solid case (i.e. two US born kids, building a home, Scout leader, coaching local sports)

I think I've finished my husbands online application, and we will be submitting in the next couple days. I'm wondering, for others who did the online application, are you able to see the documents uploaded? For me, it says uploaded successfully, but I can't review them. When I click the link it says

Encountered an unknown error.

I'm hoping that uscis will be able to view them even though I can't. Has anyone else experienced this, or can you all review uploads?

I'm also wondering what did you submit for evidence?

I have 3 years of tax transcripts, prior lease, current mortgage, 3 car insurance statements with both names over the past 3 years, proof of combined health insurance for the past 3 years, maybe 8-10 bank statements from 2 different accounts with both names spanning the course of the last three years. and proof that I am the beneficiary for his 401k. I'm wondering if that is enough documentation, or if I should be uploading anything additional. Just curious what everyone else is submitting.

You should be good! You can take everything else you may think of to the interview ☺️

Hi Everyone,

This may have been asked numerously, but wanted to see if anyone can help me out.

I recently received my removal of conditions for my green card (Notice Date 1/19/2021). My green card has now been resent with a 10 year expiration date.

I was wondering when was the earliest I can apply for my N-400 naturalization? My 3 years is coming up (I have been a resident since 6/26/2018). Thank you!

I don't believe the issuance or expiration of your greencard has any affect on N-400. You eligibility for naturalization is based on your years as a legal resident.

I see. And this is 3 years, correct? Does this include the time I had conditions on my permanent residency?

If it's yes for the above questions, theoretically, I can apply beginning June 26, 2021, since I became a permanent resident w/ conditions effective 6/26/2018?

3 years if married to a US citizen, otherwise 5.
