Anyone here with success with this?

No, not in over a decade.

1) The number of K3 issued each year can be counted on one hand and have only been issued in Central America

2) the I-129F trick to get the I-130 approved hasn't work since 2019

3) entering on a K3 is taking the worse parts of a CR-1 and the worse parts of a K1 and putting them together.   Your spouse can't work in the US until getting EAD/AOS.  You pay the AOS fees.

But it is free so go ahead and try!

That's what I read, that it can take about the same time than CR1. I really feel like trying it, I just want to know step by step on how to apply for this. Even if she can't work, at least I want to have her home and hug and kiss her everyday. Although, I travel every 4 months

I do not want to burst your bubble but the k3 visa will not be issued. There have been less than 5 issued in the last couple of years. What people do is apply for the I-129f and they think by doing this, it pushes the I-130 to be reviewed faster. Some on this site claim it doesnt work anymore but it worked for me. I got out of Potomac in less than 6 months with this method. The I-129f was denied 2 weeks after the I-130 is approved. The goal is to get them to look at the I-130 faster and it does seem to help in my opinion, but it wont get a k3 visa issued to come to the US and wait.

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

All you do is file the I-129F petition. I sent in the form, a copy of my marriage certificate, and a copy of my I-130 receipt. You have to mail it to the Texas lockbox.

No, again filing the I-129f (k3) will NOT be issued. It is only for them to look at your other form faster. My husband is still in Russia.

So it is only receipt and copy of marriage certificate? At the top it mentions  copy of birth certificate or passport. Again, just the form, receipt and copy of marriage cert.
