Oh, maybe OP conflated the fees. Passport is $110, passport card is $30, expedite is $60, that adds up to $200... it is not $200 “for expedite”, it is for everything. And the $35 as discussed is not

Have you received your NC? I have the same problem. I received my passport in the mail on December 9 and until now no NC yet. It's been a month today and I'm getting really antsy. 😞

02/11/2015 - NOA1 e-mail received, Vermont Service Center

02/20/2015 - NOA1 mail received

07/09/2015 - Approved! NOA2 e-mail received.

NVC

07/17/2015 - NVC received

08/06/2015 - Case number assigned, submitted DS-261 and paid AOS bill

08/15/2015 - Received welcome letter

08/15/2015 - Sent AOS & IV package

08/19/2015 - NVC received AOS & IV package (scan date)

08/21/2015 - Paid IV bill

08/24/2015 - submitted DS-260

09/04/2015 - Case Complete! (16 days after scan date)

No, I haven't received my NC , when I called them they told me they mailed it on Dec. 11, but I got nothing till now

Yikes folks. Hope you all get NC back as expected. Perhaps even sooner. I'm already getting anxious and I've just applied for my passport!

Last week I called Passport Service. They told me my NC was mailed on December 5. No idea where it is now with no tracking like that. I have to send Passport Service a handwritten letter if I don't have it by the end of this month. No hope. Probably buried under all the holiday packages last month and gone. 😥😔

Same with me they said they mailed the NC on Dec 11, but I got nothing till now

No nothing till now. I start to believe that they never send the documents back, becuase alot of people complain about not recieving their documents

I'm going to advise patience.  We had a few packages and Christmas cards that we mailed that took 4-7 weeks for delivery this winter.  Deep breaths and good luck!

May 14, 2016: Sent I-130 Package to Chicago Lockbox

Oct 21, 2016: NOA2 Notice by App (LIN)

Nov 8, 2016: NVC Received

Nov 16, 2016: Case Number Assigned

Nov 18, 2016: DS-261 submitted and AOS fee paid

Dec 5, 2016: NVC Scan Date

Dec 6, 2016: NVC 3 N/A and Case Complete on Phone [1 day later!]

Dec 13, 2016: NVC CC e-mail

Jan 23, 2017: Interview...Approved!

Nov 2, 2018: Sent I-751 to Arizona Lockbox 

March 3, 2020: Approved by CSC

Just like you said, I should practice my patience more. I finally got my NC back in the mail today. Thank God! It was in a brown manila envelope, stamped on December 7. Safe and sound, no damage at all.

May I ask do you have USPS informed delivery service? Did you get a notification about mail arriving on the day you received your NC (even if the message says "no image")?

I do have USPS informed delivery notification on my email. But I didn't get any scan image for my NC the day it was delivered.
