Hey guys, i just saw someone posted on January filers whose folder is delivered to uscis on 2/1,  and credit card is charged last night. It looks like uscis is starting off February, yaaayy!

So I had to call the Info line about my case today. I told her It is out of  processing time. She told me she could see in the system that I filed outside normal processing time twice. She mentioned,  if I filed OPT 3 times and Call 30 days after the 3rd OPT is filed, she will put me online to talk with an USCIS OFICER. Which is strange. So I guess we just have to push them to do their job.

October 17, 2019 AOS receipt date 

December 09, 2019: Biometric appointment

January 15, 2020 RFE received

January 30, 2020  RFE response sent

Feb 7: EAD approved and interview scheduled

March 18, 2020 Interview cancelled

April 14th 2020: RFE received

April 29, 2020 Approved without interview

May 1, 2020 Card in hand

 

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 1, 2022 package sent

March 28, 2022 Fingerprints reused

July 18, 2023 approval

July 20, 2023 Card in hand

 

N400 

January 30,2023: Online filing

February 4th, 2023: Biometric appointment

June 15th, 2023: Case actively being reviewed

July 11th, 2023: Interview scheduled.

August 30th, 2023: Interview!

August 31st, 2023: Oath ceremony scheduled.

Sept 19th, 2023: Officially a US citizen!

Right. This is really frustrating. I will keep pushing them Harder though I got more time left before my extension letter expires.

How long did you wait between each OPT filing? I sent in my last one in April and just sent in one right now. And was gonna wait 30 days to do it again (in case they don't take action).

30 days. The last one was on April 27. So this one today will make it 3 times.

some had been approved on date of 6/15 today

I have seen that on case tracker app, there is exactly 15 that had been approved from the ones that I mentioned. 2 cases had been approved between 2190043000 to 2190043499 

My case is further after 2190043500 only 3 had been approved in this segment
