No problem 😊 Yeah it’d be frustrating waiting this long and then getting one, so I hope you don’t

were you early, mid or late January by chance?

I was January 28th, so I know I was last in line but most people around my date got their NOA2 in August and September so being last was difficult

Thank you! I hope so too. I’m Australian so our embassy is pretty backlogged so I am prepared for quite a few months wait, but I’m just trying to stay positive. I hope your NOA2 comes soon!

You have the right to submit a petition to the immigration office for the maximum period of 240 days. You are more likely to get RF

I hope it is approved

sorry why would it be an RFE?

hi guys

hope everyone on here is doing well. quick question if our 1st receipt date and NOA1 was 2/5/2021 would we have received an RFE now or should we just be expecting an approval at this point? I hope there's no RFE..has anyone else with a NOA1 of early February received approval or RFE lately?

Are you in the Feb thread? I just posted the latest spreadsheet and update. There's still about 50% of cases from Feb 5th that have not been touched yet. How long you wait has nothing to do with getting approval or RFE unfortunately so there's no way of knowing.

Hi Everyone - we received our approval today after an RFE 😃.  I updated my timeline in case it's helpful for people out there still waiting patiently and looking for information.  Our TLDR is:

NOA1 - 1/28/2021

RFE received - 9/14/21

RFE returned - 9/28/21

NOA2 - 10/15/21.

I really hope that helps someone (I know I was looking all over the internet for timeline updates!).  And for those still waiting, keep the faith and hang in there.  It'll come soon.

Congratulations to you!!!  I'm hoping to be able to send our RFE in soon.  Waiting on docs from India takes forever!

Thanks so much 😃 I hope your docs come through quickly - it's such a long process but somehow I think we'll all get there in the end.
