Approved today!!!!!! NOA-1 January 11.    Thank you to all the VJ members that kept me going for the past 7 months! Now onto the embassy phase.

Hi Guys Midweek update pretty slow last couple of days, Next update coming over the weekend.   Also, I have attached two items here one is based on dates one is basically 500 blocks of

100 cases processed since 09/01 - 83 approved, 17 RFE. I’m so happy the number doubled - maybe they doubled the processed cases as a lot could be in vacation by tomorrow because of the long weekend.

Hi friends, just signed up for this looking for answers. 

 

Filed I-129F to Tx lockbox, delivered Jan 26. No communication or payment since then. Seems like we're all in the same boat. 

Jan 21 - Sent I-129F to Dallas Lockbox from Indonesia

Jan 26 - Delivered to Lockbox

Mar 13 - USCIS charged credit card

Mar 15 - Case number received by text

Yep!  They are floating between week 2 and 3 of january currently.  Maybe yours will be by next week.  They picked up steam the last couple weeks in starting the process.  Hang in there!

Kinda disappointing that a 2-week process is taking 6 weeks. I hope that doesn't mean the whole process is delayed months 😕  nothing to do but wait.

I think i still saw some going through.  Just here and there though.  I think someone posted in either Oct or NOV about how to circumvent the IRV system and get a t2 person to talk to.  Might be good to go that route and see whats going on.

It's getting better now it seems, fingers crossed!

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

Nothing yet but i have money orders and my receipts are in Colorado currently.  I took a 3 week work from home visit to my relatives.  I am just banking on the email and text to come through before i fly back next weekend.  Then i can have instructions and fulfill what is needed before i visit her in Ukraine at the end of the month.

 

I really believe we will see something before the end of the week though.  Well with their week ending Saturday sometime.

Fingers crossed it is by this week for us! Or even next week would be great as I had prepared myself to expect it at the end of March when we first sent it. My fiancé said it’s the first time he’s excited and looking forward to money leaving his account lol. And all the best for your trip! I’ll be seeing him in May.

Hi same for me sent on the 4th delivered on the 11th and nothing yet. I did a money order and so far it hasn’t been cashed. According to the case tracker app, they are filing January petitioners now. It seems to be scattered all over the place Jan 4, 6,9,11

Can you please let us know whenever your money order was cashed? Mine was received same day as yours (January 11th) so far nothing. Checked moneygram and Money order is not cashed yet.
