Hello everyone whom ever is going to send their application these days. I advice you to send it via Fedex. I used usps. I sent my package on the 8th. They told me it will take 2 days to arrive l, but it took 10 days. It was delivered on the 18.

same for us. Took almost a week even with priority. Now usps has a disclaimer on their website that they are overloaded with packages :) I think given covid, the holiday month, more ecommerce, and backlogs, this was bound to happen...

I sent via priority express on the 9th, and it still has not been delivered. I don't know whether to file for a missing claim or just be patient. I don't want to send another package right now in case they end up delivering it. I am at a loss on what to do. Do not use USPS, send through UPS or Fedex.

I know it's ridiculous. I did get a refund, but still need it delivered. I opened up a case with USPS and they closed it saying I got a refund. I know a lot of people are having delays, priority express or not. Hopefully it gets delivered by the new year. If not, I am assuming it's lost and will contact USCIS to see what I should do. I definitely do not want to submit another package in case this one ends up delivered. Don't want to risk USCIS rejecting or denying both due to multiple applications.

I think you should still send another package with a cover letter saying this is a second package as USPS lost your first. Make a note on the letter "Please ignore this if other package is delivered date "ddmmyyyy". You can also attach usps refund letter copy just in case. Sending another package is better I think. USCIS knows this happens, you will not be rejected for sending another package with proper letter that first one is lost by the carrier.

Got some good news. It was delivered today. I guess it just got stuck with the holiday volume.

Hi there;

My conditional green card expires mid March. I mailed my I751 documents on Dec 21st by UPS and it was received in December 23 in Arizona. Now the waiting begins. So next step it goes to another field office is my understanding?? Or does it go somewhere else. I hope I get my extension letter before my drivers license expires mid March. I had to do a road test and written test. I’m from Canada and have lived here two years now. Marriage based green card.

Just submitted our joint I-751!!!! We sent it via UPS 2-day. Now to hurry up and wait.

Based on the November group, it sounds like we'll have to wait a while to even see our check cashed. Any estimates on how long that's taking these days?
