Hey

Has anyone used their services and were they up to their promises?

I have read a similar thread posted earlier but no sound information about this company.

I am kind of wary as they are difficult to reach prior to the payment of their fee (although they seem quite responsive as soon as the transfer took place )

Thanks

Regardless of how reputable the company is, USCIS does not accept marriages where both parties were not present in the same location, UNTIL or UNLESS the marriage has been consummated.  In this context "consummated" means there's evidence they HAVE BEEN in the same place physically between the time of the legal marriage and the filing of the petition to start the immigration process.

With this in mind, it usually makes more sense to just get married when you are together.

Hey

Thank you for the swift answer.

we would be outside the US but both resident at the same place, hence my question regarding the legality of this company.

Then just get married properly, in person, outside of the US.   You don’t need to marry in the US, but your marriage needs to be valid for immigration purposes.

If you are both "resident at the same place," why do you need this company? Why not just get married according to the normal process in the country where you both currently live? It's Thailand, according to your profile, right?

Okay, that changes things. Apart from you wanting to have a same sex marriage with your partner, are there any other unusual factors that led you to consider this company?

Giving more details would allow the more experienced members to help you better.

Yes, the current situation prevents us from travelling to Denmark or Georgia where we could physically and swiftly get married.

It is feasible but it would be next to impossible to get back to Thailand. We started the process one year ago to the day and were supposed to get married in July.

The way it goes it seems that it has to be put off for another year,: it is quite stressful ( well less for us as we are lucky enough to be “stuck” together )

If you plan to live in the USA, is there some reason you aren't doing a fiancee visa?

As a matter of fact we do not plan to live in the US anytime soon but we want to officialise our relationship and take it from there. Hence my question regrading that company on which I cannot find any negative comment but I am wary of the fact that they are the only ones offering that and, apart from a yes, a no or register then pay the fee,  we cannot get any elaborate answers from them

If you had explained your full context from the beginning, then we could give meaningful answers.  I suggest you Google reviews for the company.  If you ever want to live in the USA, the fact you've been living together after the marriage, will carry the day.  This immigration forum is probably not a great place to research whether your marriage will be recognized in any particular place.  We're all about US Immigration here.

From what I can see, this company does not provide an actual legal marriage certificate, so not a way to legally marry at all, certainly not helpful for immigrating to the USA.

Thanks for the advice. We will eventually get to the US but, as mentioned, it will be in a few years. And moving from country to country, if we have to, would be easier if already married rather than engaged.

This being said, I have extensively researched on different site and I thought, maybe, because of the visa issue, someone might have used their services.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply
