I filed in Feb 2020, still waiting. I called them yesterday to see what was going on, all they told me its that its still within processing times, that I have no red flags so not to worry.....if there's nothing wrong about my case why can't they already approve it and move on

2020 Potomac Filers:

If you are waiting for approval still, can you please reach out to your Senators/Congressmen, and ask them to inquire about the huge disparity in I-130 processing times between service centers?  If USCIS hears a lot of complaints from Senators' offices regarding the unfair processing time at Potomac, maybe this will nudge them to make processing times more fair.

Please don't persecute me.  I'm trying to help.

April 2020 filer here, the Mrs. is having a terrible time with the wait. It's appalling that Potomac is permitted to let people wait this long, I just read about a case through Nebraska that took 6 months between NOA1 and 2!

Our normal window is until May-ish, at that point I'm reaching out to my state representatives and USCIS to look into any formal way to check where we are in the queue.

Anyone still waiting for 130 approval from Potomac service center NOA January 2020?

Yes, NOA1 is dated Jan 7th and nothing after that. Called twice and they couldn't provide any meaningful updates. This particular center just needs to be shut down if they are unable to provide a reasonable level of service.

It's on my list to do as well.

I (a US citizen) filed for my wife and two kiddos...May 2020 NOA1. We knew it was not normally a short process, and that the impact of COVID would likely lengthen the wait somewhat, but it's approaching the point of being ludicrous. It's disheartening, to say the least.

We were at nebraska and transferred to potomac without notice, NOA1 March 2020. Our case status was just changed yesterday to "case is actively being reviewed by USCIS" - hopefully we will be through soon and others in our time frame will get through as well.

We were just approved yesterday, wanted to post here so others in the same position are aware. Ours took just over 11 months start to finish. Best of luck to everyone else at potomac!

Congratulation!!! and me too!!! March 02, 2020, got approved on 22 FEB 2021. Also took around 11 months to get approval.

Still waiting NOA2. How about you? Have you receive the welcome letter from NVC?
