Potomac filers 2020 thread

I am creating this thread so all Potomac filers from 2020 can connect here and we can get a clearer picture of what is going on at the Potomac service center. Apparently there have been folks from Feb, Mar and even Apr approved from Potomac while we are still seeing late Nov approvals.

If you are a 2020 Potomac filer, please leave a comment about your case updates such as - transfers, date changes, on-paper or online application, and approvals.

I am a mid July filer. No update from me other than receiving the NOA1. I dont expect much movement at least till Dec/Jan.

Did you call and confirm if your case has been transferred or still at Potomac?

I send an inquiry to ask so about 7 days ago....still havent receveid an answer...

They told me my case is still at Potomac, i have another date change yesterday so far 4.........pd may hope its a good sign

Noa1 Jan 13, 2020, filed online. One date change Feb 8. Just contacted live chat and was told we are still at Potomac.

 

Another thing that may or may not matter to uscis, is that I filed from outside the country where I've been staying with my spouse.

I submitted for spouse and child under 21 feb 2020,  both were originally in Texas was told in August child was transferred to Potomac in April, last activity was April nothing since then. My husbands case is still in Texas and after 7 mths just received RFE. Nothing for my child in Potomac 😨

Is this the first time for both beneficiary and petitioner in your case? I wonder if folks who have applied before or exist in USCIS records don't get a date change. I am May filer too from Potomac but no date change yet.
