Three years later and CoVid here is what our login shows.

Does this mean the govt has not even looked at it? We have uploaded it a few times and it still sits in this que.

Dont understand the question this is where we were told to upload info.

See that red "submit documents" button?  You've uploaded but not submitted.  Push the button.  They'are not going to look at anything until it is actually submitted.  As you upload, you see a notice to that effect.  You weren't paying attention or ignored it.

You don’t have a timeline. Your profile states that you’re doing adjustment of status (=beneficiary is in the US) but you seem to attempt to complete NVC process (=beneficiary is outside the US and applies for immigrant visa to enter the US).

Neither one of the "Red Submit" Buttons work. I press them and it does NOTHING

Tried in Multiple Internet Programs Same thing

Internet programs?  Do you mean browsers?  Sometimes some issues with the site itself but most success is with Microsoft Edge.  Try that.  Either way, they aren't going to look at anything until it has been submitted.

You must upload all the requested documents. I see " missing"  and "Rejected" documents in the photo.

You can only submit after you uploaded all required documents

Posted

Didn’t you submit all of this in 2017, per your previous posts? Or is this a different wife?

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Correct but separate for petitioner and applicant.  You must upload all for a given person before submitting.  You cannot submit with missing documents.  They will review the complete document set, not a partial one.

This is a good one. Thanks for bringing that up! Based on the other post and profile info the spouse is in the US. This would make the entire NVC process pointless, since they would file for adjustment of status. I rarely say “get a lawyer” for straight forward cases, but in this case some consulting and help with paperwork and choosing the right process might be a good thing.
