If case is at NVC send an email to nvcexpedite@state.gov, if at the Embassy send an email to kingstoniv@state.gov requesting an expedite with strong evidence as to why it should be expedited for one or more of the following reasons:

Serious Medical issue of petitioner

Financial Loss

Urgent humanitarian reason

Other hardships affecting the petitioner
