Hello July AOS Filers,

For the I-944 form supporting documents, my wife provided a "Lack of credit score report explanation" letter explaining why she don't have a credit score. We wanted to add a screenshot showing proof, but she is not able to obtain her SS number/card due to COVID-19. I just wanted to see what everyone else is doing for this part.

Also, form I-765 expired on 5/30/2020 and I couldn't find an updated form. I read on the USCIS website that this is the most updated form. Have anyone found an updated form? Or is this still validate?

I sent a mail with the form for requesting credit score. I explained I needed to proof non existing credit score for migration purposes. I also wasn't able to get SSN due to Covid. I received a letter two weeks later and used it as my evidence.

The I-765 is Ok, they haven't updated it.

Luck!!!

For the credit score I contacted TransUnion and they conducted a search for my credit score (obviously non existent) and I attached the letter they sent saying that I didn’t have one.

Thanks for sharing @Sinead91! How long did it take for you to receive the letter?

How long will that take until we get that text or e-mail?

My second* renewal for EAD/AP was delivered on 07/02/20 and I received the text messages from USCIS on 07/09/20. I didn't receive emails at the address I listed on G-1145. I received the paper receipt notices and "Biometric Reuse" notice today in the mail.

*I'm a December 2017 I-485 filer and my I-485 is still pending. At least the renewals are also free.

Hi @HRQX, I suspect that short timeline to receive the text is because it is EAD renewal?  am I wrong? I see other posts in June 2020 AOS stating that it takes up to 30 days to receive the text for AOS. I was wondering if any July filers have received any text.

Has anyone received an e-mail or a text acknowledging the receipt of your cases by USCIS? Not FedEx or USPS tracking number but USCIS. Assuming you filled G1145. How long will that take until we get that text or e-mail?

Hey! All I know is that my packet was delivered but there’s no sign of them cashing the cheque yet :( has your payment been cashed yet?? I’m concerned mine hasn’t yet and fear it’s being sent back to me :(

Same. No charges yet, no text messages as well. Although they said that wait time is 30 days. I am also assuming there are delays due to upcoming furloughs in the USCIS which hopefully is just news and won't happen anymore :(

I have been reading on the June 2020 AOS forum as well. Some got NOAs after a month! I guess we'll just have to distract ourselves instead of going crazy with all these waiting 😅
