Get her on flight, ASAP. "This proclamation is effective at 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time on May 28, 2020. This proclamation does not apply to persons aboard a flight scheduled to arrive in the United States that departed prior to 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time on May 28, 2020."
  4. Thank you so much @ecuatorianos2018 for putting this check list together! It is very helpful. I'm in the processing of getting the forms filed out and getting all my documents together. Do you have to have 2 passport photos for Form I-765 and I-131 too? So a total of 6 Passport photos for Form I-485, I-765, and I-131.
  5. You are welcome! What language does your sister speak? My fiance only speaks a little English, but immigrations spoke to her in Portuguese! She also said the guy spoke Spanish too! I wish your sister all the best!

  8. Hello DianaT, My fiance made it here on May 9th. She said that they checked her temperature before she left Brazil. When she arrived in Houston, they didn't do any medical screen. Immigrations asked her a lot of questions about me and our relationship, then she entered in to the US. Here are the questions that they asked her: 1. How old is your fiance? 2. Where did we meet? 3. Where are you going ? 4. What date would I get married? 5. When was the first time your fiancé went to Brazil? 6. When was the last one? 7. When did he propose to me? 8.   11. Update: So, last night my fiance's flight got canceled with American Airlines. She was going to be here on May 10 but I got my money back and rebooked a flight with United Airlines and she will be here on May 9! Also, American Airlines canceled flights from Sao Paulo, Brazil until the first week of June.
