We contacted via chat too, I’m hoping the rep was mistaken or something it seems weird that they wouldn’t disclose the date of the transfer. It takes so long to call in but I think we’re gonna try again next week and see what they say. I hope it was an error and we are still in Texas and I hope you are too! If you are you should be getting an approval soon I hope :)

I just checked my account and I have a touch with todays date!

Hopefully something good.

I filed mine in late Feb too. Received NOA2 on 11May, interview scheduled in 18Nov!

My I-130 is processed in Nebraska Centre, I thought Texas Centre has less petitions that would go quicker..

That was pretty normal in pre COVID times. Can you please create your timeline and profile on this website? Many questions And answers will be relevant to your visa, where you are in the process and your country. Thank you 🙂

Go to the Spouse Visa progress tracking forum and join the Feb 2020 or March 2020 filers post.  You can read those posts and see who have gotten approved and who are still waiting.

Just I had a touch Friday and I just checked my account and it was updated to Case Closed and NOA2 was in my documents.

NOA2 date is Oct 16th.

Any idea when I should start bugging NVC

If I check the case status website it says it was approved today but NOA2 shows Friday that's odd, must be that they entered it into their system today.

Happy either way.

WE GOT OUR APPROVAL TODAY TOO!! Same thing happened. We had a "touch" on the account October 19th. I got a notification through the "Lawfully" app today the 20th. My husband logged into our account and sure enough it said approved! 21 hours ago but the notification came through this evening. Weird how the system works but sooo happy! I'm thinking we didn't get transfered to Vermont at all now but who knows. Your PD is the day before ours which gave me a good feeling we'd be today! Not to get anyone's hopes up but anyone around March 17th ish 2020 might be getting good news soon too! (Texas SC... maybe transefered to Vermont. Maybe not.

PS ours says to expected a letter from the NVC by November 19th and if not to contact so yours should be pretty well the same? :)

Congrats.

The letter it mentions is not from NVC, it's NOA2, you'll receive a physical copy, but it's the same that's in your account.

The NOA2 will tell you what service center it's at if you check the bottom. With that you'll know for sure if it was transferred or not, I'm guessing it wasn't.

I logged into my USCIS account today for the first time in a while and below is the image I get. It now has a time stamp. Before it would just say the date. Is this something new?

O glad you didn't have an extended wait time.

Took 4 days from the case our account showed case closed, NOA2 came in the mail today too.

I couldn't register for an IRS account online to get transcripts so I'm going to have to wait for physical copies, hope there's no issue with getting them.
