I need help, when I fill out the form n400, I put that I was not registered in selective service, today I checked online and I am registered,  when I got my permanent residence, is that a problem?

Not a problem, just make sure to you report the mistake when you attend your interview, thats only if they did not send you an RFE  about that subject in which you should reply with proof that you did in fact registered. You could also contact USCIS, explain the mistake and have them fix it for you, sometimes they can help you with that.

I started as a k1 visa.

I really don't remember when i had my last biometric, but i do believe more then 2 years lol.

Great! I was just wondering if thy can reuse my 5 years old biometrics.

It's a long period, but they might. 

Maybe the run background check then they decide to reuse and ask for a new one, i am not really sure.
