You file I-485 with Part 2 > 2.C checked. You need to send it along with I-129F approval, not I-130.

No I-130 is needed if you married within the 90 days for AOS from K-1. The rejection letter should list the reason(s) why it was rejected.

The physical rejection letter should have the details.

Improperly filed could be anything from a missing signature to a missing checkbox to missing required documents to outdated forms a multitude of other reasons.

that is what I did. Would you think it’s because I did not write in N/A on blank spots?

If I understand correctly, you are the US citizen spouse right? Your fiancé (now wife) came in on a K1 visa, you got married within 90 days and you’re now filing your spouse’s I485. The part 2, number 1 on the form. “ I am filing this form as”, which of the box did you check? If I may ask?

I just notice it’s left blank..
