Hi May Filers,  I am from the April Filers and wanted to let you know that we are all in the same boat.  Friday I managed to speak to a tier 2 officer and he told me that my NOA was never sent.

We got our approval email today. Also SRC. Everyone else's will come soon! I was actually going to check Case Status today but then I saw the email.

05/08/20    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by UPS.

05/11/20  - Debit Card Charged.

05/14/20    - NOA date ( I called USCIS to get my receipt number no text or email received)

yes same here still waiting. i got interview scheduled in Feb 9 for Santa Ana office but since i changed address to LA County they gave me a call and cancelled intervuew in Feb and again told to wait until LA schedules one. Damn i now think i shouldnt have updated then address but i did the right thing as USCIS states you should always keep ur address up to date. but its delayed again now.

K1 Visa Arrived USA July 2017

Married August 2017

AOS Approved July 2018

 

Filed for i751 joint application May 2020

Fingerprints reused October 2020, and February 2021 and June 2021 (Yes 3 fingerprint notices)

Case move to National Benefits Center December 2020 for quicker processing from California Service Center

Oct 2021 out of processing time inquiry made, response May 5th 2022 that our i751 case will be addressed at our n400 interview

Combo interview May 16th 2022, in Sacramento

Approved June 08, 2022

 

Filed for Naturalization May 2021

Fingerprints reused May 2021

Oh man 23 months?… I looked at your timeline, California center supposes to be one of the fastest centers for ROC process, somehow your case was sent to national benefit center… 

I just moved to Sacramental area, I’m totally not excited about the upcoming citizenship timeline 🥲

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet. 

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

Hey everyone, I filed for I751 in May 2020. In December 2021 I filed for N400. My case was transferred to another office in January 2022. After that my case has not had any update. Has anyone gone through this?

We have an appointment for a n400 interview on May 16th at the Sacramento field office, this came as a surprise while it's been 11 months since we filed the n400 we were expecting a longer wait, maybe up to a year as Sacramento is a slow field office taking up to two years to schedule an interview. 

 

No word yet on the i751 (not even ready to schedule an interview notice) . We are hoping it is a combo interview but no notice yet on any action on the i751 case.

 

My only concern is they will not have the i751 file at the same time as the n400 interview to adjudicate both.

Hey, I just got a notice today that my I-751 got transferred today (I filed in May 2020 too). I submitted my N400 application last month. Which center did you file to and which center did you get transferred to?

I hope to know more once I get the notice in the mail. Feeling pretty frustrated.

My case was in Potomac and was transferred to National Benefit Center.
