Consulates can extend the validity for upto a year.  Await the consulate to re-open.

Since you had your interview the validity of the NOA2 is not something you should concern yourself with. The validity of your visa, once issued, is a date to be aware of and requires you to be on US soil prior to its expiration.

Did you interview or not?  Just because the embassies and consulates are closed for interviews does not mean people arent working. People have received their visas after the closures if they had their interview before.

Okay well the embassies and consulates generally extend the length of the NOA2 when you're not able to get an interview booked before expiration. You can always email to ask.
