This online filing and updates are great. Is showing an estimated case completion of 5 months (September 2020). 
What does estimated wait time (17 days for me) means? Thanks! 

17 days estimated wait time? I'm intrigued, maybe that means biometrics or something?

 

Edit: Just saw @Spam Hill's post...interesting. I didn't see that on my husband's, I'll have to double check it tonight.

Is everything the same except that there is some delay?

This is the same for me. It's our 10 year at the end of May.

 

I'm doing under the 5 year rule - what "additional evidence" did you submit? That's where I'm at now on the online application.

 

I have attached the required front and back copies/scans of my GC, and our marriage certificate.

 

What is acceptable to submit?

 

I have the speeding ticket/citation and proof of paymen that I accounted for earlier in the application, also a screengrab of my driving record from the DOT's website stating said citation is on my driving record - where should I submit those? Under the cited/detained areas in this portion?

 

I was reading in posts back that the picture page from my passport would be a good idea, along with driver's licenses to prove that I have been living in the same residency for the required 5 years. 

 

Any other suggestions as to what I could send?

I'm not sure. My guess is that mailing is slower but who knows. Supposedly things are processed in the "order received" so if you mail, you'll be placed "in line" with the others according to the date it got there, as I understand.

I only submitted a copy of my GC, marriage certificate and birth certificate of both of my kids. I’m guessing that, unless they request any other documents, I will be bringing the rest of documenta to the interview, like my tax returns from the past 5 years and I don’t know what else?

That's my guess. You'll be filed in with others according to order received. The case numbers actually contain information about when the case was received, so it could give you an idea.

Does anyone know if the “Estimated Date of Completion” for N400 is still a good estimate during the COVID-19 pandemic or is that estimate based on the date before the biometrics/interviews got cancelled and postponed?

I'm assuming it's an overly optimistic number. Seeing has how USCIS offices aren't even opening until June 4th now, maybe add 1-3 months minimum to their estimate.

Yeah, that makes sense. I was just wondering that they have adjusted their estimated to include the delay since my estimate is more than 9 months. That seemed kind of long compared to what other people got. I know that every local center is different but still..

The processing time is mostly dependent upon the local field office. Check your 9 months estimate against the N-400 time for whichever office is nearest to your home address:

My Estimated processing time is 14 months. It depends on the local processing office.
