We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic may make it difficult for some people to reply on time to requests or notices from USCIS. While we will continue to act on replies filed on time, we are allowing certain measures regarding certain late replies received in response to USCIS requests, notices, or decisions. If you have received a request or notice from us with an issue date from March 1, 2020 to May 1, 2020, and you fail to reply on time, we will consider a reply received within 60 days after the response due date listed in the request or notice before we act on your case. This applies to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), and notices of intent to terminate (NOIT). I do see a receipt notice, which I got today, but it starts with IOE?

The one we got also starts with IOE, seems like that is standard for N-400.

Seems early March filers got their bio appts by now (aka, within a week). I assume we will have a delay due to Covid19

Oh wow, that's great news. I'm expecting huge delays, if it happens earlier than that, I'll be pleasantly surprized!

Had to re-upload evidence because it didn't save when I submitted the N-400 online... 

 

Does this list look good?

• GC front and back
• Selective service proof
• Marriage certificate
• Divorce docs
• Apt leases with both names
• ALL bank statements on 2 joint accounts
• IRS transcripts and tax returns MFJ for past 3 years
• Health insurance cards

 

Anything else I need to add or any required stuff I'm missing? Had ROC in Oct 2019 and submitted loads of evidence, plus had interview. Wondering if I need to upload more evidence for N-400 or if this is enough.

I was curious about the IOE prefix also, so I looked it up .. it's the prefix they use for electronic filing.

This is very similar to what I submitted. I included my wife's birth certificate and passport too, plus some pictures of us. I also included brokerage accounts and 401k beneficiary as well.  I didn't have to interview for the ROC though - I don't know if it matters to be honest.

Anyone filing based on 3 years residence+marriage rule - did you fill up all 5 years of residence info? Its kinda odd as that'd mean 2 years spend abroad as I've been resident for the last 3 years only. Not sure why the online form shows a warning when you don't enter all 5 years worth of residence info.

I also thought it was odd, but yes, my husband filled in all of his addresses for the past five years, including all non-US addresses. 

 

It may be part of a background check type security measure, not sure why else they would need it.

I also filed N400 on the 3rd of this month. Got receipt noticed in the mail? Some folks mentioned NOA here? What is that?

Notice of Action, which is the same as the receipt in the mail. So you already got it!

Does anyone know if your I-751 is still pending and you apply for naturalization, will your I-751 be immediately transferred to a local office or will it be processed independently until there is a need for an interview and then they will combine two cases?
