So Kamala Harris just endorsed Biden......that smells to high heaven......I think she clearly has a quid pro quo in the works.....imo.

What would the quid pro quo be? If there was any, is the quid pro quo legal or illegal in this case? What is your understanding of the SCOTUS ruling as it pertains to when quid pro quo is legal and when it is an offense?

Given that many of Trumps opponents were given (or offered) positions in 2016, do you think the McCutcheon v FEC ruling affects this kind of thing going forward?

I think she is a strong candidate for a Biden VP position.  I see a 3 way battle going between Hillary, Warren, and Harris......with Tulsi as a dark horse.......I think it would be legal....but a bit hypocritical on the part of Harris after she lambasted him during the debates.

I actually think the whole concept of endorsing a former opponent is asinine anyway. If I support someone who dropped out, I should already be aware of the other candidates positions and make my decision based on that. I don't need to be told who to support next. Personally, I have always been more likely to be skeptical of endorsements than I have been to accept them.

For the current election season, these Biden endorsements are, in part,  an attempt to salvage the down-ballot candidates, imo.  A Bernie nomination will result in severe damage to all Democrats running (other than the left fringe)...imho.

Charlamagne Tha God blasts Biden for not appearing on his radio show: 'Who do you think you are?'

Radio host Charlamagne Tha God knocked former Vice President Joe Biden for not appearing on his show during the 2020 election cycle.

Several Democratic candidates made headlines during their appearances on "The Breakfast Club," including Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., and former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg. But the 2020 front-runner, who recently sat down with Fox News for the first time as a presidential candidate, hasn't made an appearance on the Los Angeles-based radio show.

Charlamagne previously claimed that Biden was "avoiding" his show and insisted that "black surrogates" for the former vice president specifically did not want him talking to the candidate.

"Why?" MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin asked in response to those remarks.

"I really have no idea," Charlamagne said. "Joe Biden owes black people his political life, you know what I'm saying? So don't disrespect that base by not showing up, especially when all of your former opponents did.

Charlamagne also revealed that the Biden campaign attempted to send one of his surrogates to the show last year, which the host rejected.

Biden was too busy planning his next DNC heist with Corn Pop to pander to the more important entitled race profiteers.

I have seen her name floated more than a few times as a possible VP candidate.
