Since there's so much overlap between primary/caucus discussions, figured might as well make a thread for all of them, and do an easy to read schedule for those who don't want to sift through fake news sites to get useful info.

Bloomberg qualifies for South Carolina primary debate

Mike Bloomberg has qualified for next week’s primary debate in South Carolina after a survey released Tuesday afternoon put the former New York City mayor over the event’s polling threshold.

Bloomberg qualified for the debate, which will take place Feb. 25 in Charleston, after an NBC News/Wall Street Journal national poll showed him with 14 percent support.

To qualify for the South Carolina stage, candidates must reach 10 percent in four polls approved by the DNC or 12 percent in South Carolina-specific polls. The polls must have been released between Feb. 4, the day after Iowa’s caucuses, and Feb. 24.

Candidates can also qualify by winning at least one delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Iowa, New Hampshire or Nevada, though Bloomberg is not contesting any of those states.

Former Vice President Joe Biden, former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) have all already qualified for the event.

This link includes a whole lot of states as you scroll down.. Bernie expected to have a narrow delegate victory in Nevada and a somewhat wider one in South Carolina.

Between Bloomberg wanting to increase Medicare costs to the end user as well as reducing social security, and Bernie wanting me to pay more taxes so that people can have "free health care and college", the American future looks pretty grim if either of these men win.

You forgot about Bloomberg wanting to tax the poor and make their decisions for them.

Shaun King, White Man Who Claims He Is Black, Stars in Bernie Sanders Ad

Quote

King is identified as a “civil rights activist” in Sanders’ ad as he reads the following script (emphasis added):

Bernie resonates in places where Trump won. Here’s the thing, to win this election you have to win the electoral college, and Trump won 30 states in 2016, and he won in places where Bernie actually crushed it in the Democratic primaries. Bernie won 71 or 72 counties in Wisconsin. Trump won there. Bernie won every single country in West Virginia. Trump won there.

Donald Trump exploited real pain and problems in this country and began to scapegoat African Americans, immigrants, other marginalized communities, LGBTQ folk, as demagogues always do, and Donald Trump as a con man began making promises that he never intended to keep.

Bernie said the Democratic and Republican establishment has failed people all over the country, and people feel that failure and take it personally. Donald Trump understood that and exploited it for his own gain. People were so agitated and frustrated and felt that this guy actually believed in them, when in reality it was just a con.

So you have millions and millions of white folks in this country who voted against their own self interest. They need an elimination of medical debt. They need equal access to health care. There are rural communities all over this country where hospitals are closing down. There are counties all over the state of Tennessee where there’s nowhere to deliver a baby.

When Bernie wins the nomination, Bernie is going to take this fight to Trump in all 50 states and fight to win the hearts, the minds and votes of everyday people all over the country.

On the bright side, race is a social construct.. so says the male Dolezal/Warren monetizing the race of others.

Vermont's Republican governor endorses Bill Weld, not Trump, in 2020 presidential primary

Two weeks before Vermont's presidential primary March 3, GOP Gov. Phil Scott endorsed former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld for the 2020 Republican presidential nomination, passing up the incumbent, President Donald Trump.

"I've met with him before," Scott said of Weld. "I think a lot of him and his platform, so I would be supporting him."

Scott and Weld are from the libertarian wing of the Republican Party, and both have been fierce critics of Trump.

Biden leads Sanders by single digits in South Carolina: poll

Former Vice President Joe Biden (D) remains the leader of the Democratic field in South Carolina, but faces a strong showing by Sen. Bernie Sanders(I-Vt.), who is close on his heels in in the state, according to a new UMass Lowell poll.

Sanders sits just 2 percentage points behind Biden in the survey of likely primary voters, with 21 percent and 23 percent of respondents indicating their support for Sanders and Biden, respectively. They both sit comfortably ahead of the third-place contender, billionaire Tom Steyer, who has garnered 13 percent support in the poll.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg (D) were tied behind Steyer at 11 percent in the poll, while no other candidates registered double-digit levels of support in the survey.

Seriously doubt these polls are in the realm of accurate.
