what do you mean? i thought you start with i-129f... then k1...

the k1 process is for a fiance visa. if you are already married you need to file for a spousal visa, this is CR1. you start by filing an i-130 I believe, but I'm not familiar with the process. There are guides here on VisaJourney that will help you navigate the process. Like this one for example:

https://www.visajourney.com/guides/marriage-visa-comparison/

Also careful with K3, I have read on here several times that these days it is not or hardly ever issued anymore.

I see, ok. In that case be very very careful not to call her your wife, if immigration suspects that a marriage took place they will deny a k1 visa

K3 Unless it depends with the country, it’s used where I am from. That’s why it’s always good to get information from a credible source like US Embassy from your country.

Almost no K-3s have been issued for years; K-3 applications almost always get turned into CR-1/IR-1 applications.

For a while last year there was a rumor going around that applying for a K-3 was a way to get your CR-1/IR-1 application to move faster.

If they have a passport it’s a good thing. From what have had “Application Received “ happens when they are about to issue a visa. Let us know when your visa is issued. All the best Aand

Yeah it just sucks that it’s going so slowly..

thank you and same to you

Every embassy/consulate is different and every case is different when it comes to post-interview application processing. VisaJourney doesn't track it on timelines, and USCIS does not release any stats on it.

Our case spent 12 days in non-immigrant application received in Moscow (this was the only part of the process from petition to 2-year green card that was slower than average at the time for us), and then moved through non-immigrant administrative processing to issued the next day, but that doesn't say anything about yours.

In fact, visa journey has an estimate based on other cases, it is an unofficial website, but from what I read, everyone who followed your visa journey process, received the documents on very similar dates.
