I think it depends on your country.

Anyone whose case was Approved on end of April from Vermont Service Center, have you received a Welcome letter from NVC yet. I have been waiting for more than SIX weeks now. I have emaied NVC, they said i have to wait for the response from email. USCIS says it may take 90 days for them to send the welcome letter. But, for some people its gets approved today and in two days they get email from NVC. I am very worry about my case. Please let me know

Thanks

We were approved May 8 from Vermont too. We

I had a date change on June 23. It's my second one since case was transferred to Vermont on February 23; First date change after transfer was May 7.

Received two new date changes both on June 16th and 17th. Still under "In Process" for status, however, my last date change was May 5th and 6th.

Hmmm...

Interesting. I've seen people getting approved right after having double date changes. I hope it means an approval coming soon!

Yeah, I've seen that too for other people so let's hope in both of our cases that approvals are sooner rather than later!

Losing hope on my IR5. It’s for my mother and she’s quite old ...

PD - 05/10/2019

Transferred from Nebraska to Vermont 03/10/2020

Nothing yet ... And of course, I can’t even initiate an enquiry because it’s still within USCIS processing times ... (19.5 to 25 months for Vermont)

If it had not been transferred the receipt date for case enquiry is May 22, 2019 ...

Hello,

We (my spouse and I) received our NOA2 from Vermont around the end of March. However, we haven’t received any email or letter from the NVC yet and it’s been 3 months, even though I believe the NOA2 stated nvc would contact us with the next step. At first I had assumed the delay was due to covid, but now it’s been a bit longer than what I’d expect a reasonable delay to be. I am somewhat concerned at this point. I am going to try to contact them (NVC) and see what’s going on. Does anybody have any advice or experience with this?

We haven’t received the letter at all and we waited since April... my husband and I called first time in the morning last week to NVC (long wait at the phone untill finally they answered) and we found out the letter have been send to us since may 24th but to our lawyer’s email (which seems it’s not his email anymore) and he didn’t get the letter either, so the NVC lady gave us the number account and finally we could started this process... On the NVC account we were able to change the email but still haven’t got the letter, anyway and most important it’s get the number to start that process and go to the interview queue which is already very long with this pandemic... I hope you can sorted out soon!

Received another date change on the 29th and still nothing to show for it. So far we had our case transferred in Feb, date change in March, twice again in May, and now three times in June. Our case is extremely straight forward and simple so it's just frustrating to not see anything get approved yet.

Our case had a couple more date changes, one on June 29th and another today. It looks like they are actively working on it! :) Hope to hear something soon!

I submitted in February 2019 to Nebraska, transferred to Vermont in Feb 2020.  I haven't received anything, no date changes, no info.  When I called and spoke to a level 2 office last month they said my status has been "Needs Review" since February.  Seems like lots of people with applications much later than mine have already been processed.  Any idea how to get this unstuck or what may be going on?
