Hello, I’m not from Colombia but I was transferred from Nebraska To Vermont on Jan 22, 2020 and my first NOA1 was 2-15-2019. I have yet to hear anything. However, I noticed that some cases from June, April are given answers. There is really no set who goes first and who does not. So, good luck. And hope you are safe!

Hi 😀

My husband called USCIS and they informed him that cases are processed without order, he was told that every agent will be assigned with a stack of cases and he will proceed to review on his own pace.... I guess luck is a big factor here.

I hope we all get an answer soon, it will be nice to go ahead and move to the Nvc while we wait in quarantine. Interviews have been pushed back and our cases are already behind.

Best wishes and energy for you and your partner, stay strong!!!!

We still waiting, our NO1 is March 15/2019, and transferred on the 11th oh February.... We saw on case track that around our number most of the cases were already approved, just 3 cases left including ours but they stopped checking around our numbers.... I guess we just need to wait... stay safe everyone!

We are also waiting after being transferred from Nebraska. Our NOA1 is June 27, 2019. I also noticed several cases being approved around ours, but the approvals near our case have stalled the past few days. Is anybody aware if they are continuing to process the I-130s, as many of USCIS’s services have been recently suspended?

As I know UCIS suspended work in areas where they need to be in contact with people, indoor they still working but I haven’t seen much movement in Vermont on the las few days.... maybe this pandemic it’s getting everything slowest as it was before

Thank you so much! We are really happy and now stressed with the next steps haha.

We sent the paperwork, when we did it there was no other option, we did everything handwritten.

I hope you all can get it very soon too and if you have any questions just ask us, we'll be happy to help if we can!

Good luck!!!

Thank you for responding. We did paper too and I was concern if they were not going to process papers. So thanks for reassuring me. Also, I’m so happy to hear our members in this chat group have been approved today. Such positive news.
