I am going to give you some advice, my friend all told her that it was very fast to request the expedite and people always made an excuse and she asked for it and they approved it ... with request you do not waste anything, maybe a little time and  That is what we have most, so without fear ask for the expedite and send your credit card accounts and all the expenses of the house, if they approve it well and if you do not lose anything

I have no other excuse.  Money is not an issue but my wife needs to work. She is a workaholic.

Have her apply for jobs, and once she has a job offer she can request an EAD expedite. She'll still use the "financial hardship" category, but the hardship will be missing out on this job opportunity. Claiming financial hardship while showing evidence of all your vacations doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

When you call them you should mention the application that you're expediting and the reason for it. These are the grounds on which you can make the expedite request :

• Severe financial loss to a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not the result of the petitioner’s or applicant’s failure
• Urgent humanitarian reasons;
• Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or
• Clear USCIS error

Depending on the reason you will send the proof (this is at a later stage, when you get an email from USCIS requesting evidence) - eg: if it's severe financial loss to a person, then you'll need to submit a job offer letter, copies of your expenses such as mortgage etc. You need to prove that missing that job would result in a huge financial loss for you.

 

Keep in mind to make sure that you make your request in detail to the agent. Because they'll put all the information you give in that request. If it's detailed then you can save yourself from an outright rejection

I'm gonna apply tomorrow or friday hopefully.  I'm gonna send my husband's car payment car insurance,  apartment rent , his bill of fixing the car ,  medical bill , and his pay stubs to show we're barely making it . Do you think that's enough  ?? What about u did you apply already?

Yesterday I sent my proofs by fax, they take two days to send you the mail, my mail never arrived because they put it wrong, but I called and they told me to attach the receipt of the i 765
