6/15/2015: Petition is accepted by USCIS (California)

6/17/2015: NOA1 received via email/text

6/23/2015: NOA1 received via mail

8/18/2015: USCIS approved petition online - 63 days from NOA 1

8/22/2015: NOA2 received via mail

NVC:

9/8/2015: NVC received the case

9/22/2015: got case number and invoice number via phone

9/22/2015: submitted DS-261 Choice of agent

9/22/2015: paid AOS fee $120 - IN PROCESS

9/24/2015: AOS fee shows PAID

9/28/2015: NVC Welcome Letter is received (issued on Sept 21st)

10/1/2015: AOS package sent to NVC

10/5/2015: AOS package delivered to NVC

10/5/2015: SCAN DATE for AOS package

10/6/2015: confirmed DS-261 over the phone

10/7/2015: email from NVC - husband is chosen as agent and IV fee is invoiced

10/8/2015: paid IV fee $325 - IN PROCESS

Just got our interview appointment in the mail today for the end of August! Strangely, my EAD/AP status is still stuck at "fingerprints taken" since March 😕 not sure what to think about that but hopef

My EAD/AP were approved yesterday. No expedite was done, as I did not get a chance to do biometrics. I applied concurrently (eb2) in late February.

its all automated. uscis is huge so applications are  processed by machines 24*7

Completed biometrics today. No updates to my online case status since the paperwork was received, should I expect an update stating my biometrics are done?

AOS via F-1 

  • Feb 3, 2020 - Application received
  • March 5, 2020 - Biometrics completed
  • March 19, 2020 - RFE requested
  • April 20, 2020 - Response to RFE received
  • April 27, 2020 - EAD expedite requested, evidence requested and submitted
  • April 28, 2020 - Request for additional information received
  • April 28, 2020 - New card is being produced!!
  • May 1, 2020 - Courtesy letter about medical exam received
  • May 5, 2020 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview
  • October 19, 2020 - Interview scheduled notice
  • November 10, 2020 - Interview date
  • November 12, 2020 - AOS approved

I got a notification on my I-485 and I-765 saying that "case was updated to show fingerprints..." a couple of hours after I did the biometrics appointment.

Hey,  

Quick question, I have some friends who also sent their petition and they haven't received any notification yet. They worked through an attorney and they were supposed to send everything on the 14. They told me they signed the documents on the 12 of February. Anyone else has been waiting for the notification (or cashing the checks) for that long?

Got noa1 by text for all 3 cases last night . Sent 18th they recieved 24th.

 

Hoping for work authorization to be speedy .

Yesterday we received biomertics letter, for 3/18/2020. Case was received  Feb 21, card charged Feb 27, case numbers received Feb 29.
