What does this mean in time? 

Review the RFE and it should say why it was rejected. My assumption is they need your tax transcripts instead of W2 and 1099 for proof of income. 
but RFE will list exactly why it was rejected 

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

They didn't reject any document. They just request my W2 and 1099 from 2019. Attach you will find they images I took from my NVC page.

 

All documents (financial and civil) were accepted.

 

I was just wondering what does this mean.

They also requested for my W2s to show how much I earned ( I filed taxes jointly). I provided the W2s and they were accepted .  You just have to provide the documents they requested.

Hi guys,

 

We got an email from NVC saying they approved my mom’s case so I thought they sent her case to Vietnam and we were waiting for her interview to be scheduled. However, I checked today and her case is still at NVC’s step. 
 

Do you why and how long it approx. takes until it’s sent to vietnam?

Good luck! They will be very happy to hear a good news! I have not heard or seen any post about it just yet. I try to check the Philippines Forum but I have not seen any update yet.

My father got DQ July 15,2020 until now we are still waiting for his interview schedule date. Idk if anyone in here from the Philippines got schedule already.

My mom had her interview this morning, and everything went great! She said she got asked some biographical questions (where I work, where I live), as well as some questions about her past history in the US (she had studied and worked on an H1B here in the past). She brought all the documents in the interview checklist and was asked to show them (example checklist from our embassy here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ASN-Asuncion.html), including a copy of my naturalization certificate. I also gave her our 2020 tax returns just in case, which were not uploaded/sent to NVC.
 

Her medical was forwarded directly from the civil surgeon to the embassy, so she didn’t have to have that packet with her. In fact she didn’t even need the passport photos for the medical exam, they just took a cell phone photo at the checkup 😂

 

They expect to return her passport via courier in the next week or so.

That's awesome! Congratulations! How long did you wait to get a schedule for the medical and interview?
