Hi everyone!

I had my FP done on Jan 24, 2020 and USCIS updated my I-485 status on Jan 30, 2020 that FP were taken and applied to my case. To this day I-765/I-131 were showing that the case was received, but today they've updated it that the fingerprints were taken too. Anybody experienced something similar before? Is this indication of some kind of movement?? Thanks guys

In my case they never updated my i765 for fingerprints taken. Nonetheless, the status changed straight to EAD case approved and card has been mailed 40 days after fingerprints were taken. At this point, there is nothing concrete, and each case is a different one.

Hi guys, I have requested my EAD to be expedited but unfortunately I haven't been able to collect/send the evidence they require. Do you guys think this situation is going to delay my current application?

Thanks a lot

We're the same, I had my Biometric on Jan 30. Then, I-131 were showing that the case was received then last March 5 2020 updated fingerprints were taken.

Was the same for me. I requested an expedite and was denied. Does not affect normal processing time.

Got notification that the i485 is ready for interview scheduling. Given the recent news about in person services being suspended this might take a while, but progress.

Now just got to get another i693 as my previous one was apparently done when the civil surgeon wasn't certified ... We'll get there(!)

Posting to keep spirits up and to give a view on timelines. Got the i765 and i131 approvals through today - just got to wait for production then Fragomen to relay them in the mail, but very happy. Haven't travelled out of the US in nearly 2 years ... Nothing stopping me now ... 😬

High level timeline:

- NOA1 - Dec 14

- Bio - Dec 30

-i131 finger prints applied - Mar 4

- Approved - Apr 28

Good luck all.

I mailed everything they needed since the beginning and me and my lawyer carefully reviewed every document. I am confused as to what they still need from me.

Hi forks. I received a RFE letter asking for the most recent tax documents. I filed taxes with my wife on April and we ended up owing some money to the IRS. We have not been able to pay them yet and we are afraid that if we send the transcript to USCIS they are gonna see we still owe that money. Do you guys think it is safe to send the documents anyway? should we be worried about denial or rejection?
