Today I had an interview with Citizen Ship and I was asked by a neighbor and friend for proof of living with my spouse, does it have a special form?

maybe a copy of the lease or deed to th eplace you're living at?  Or a copy of a utility bill with both yours and your spouses name on it.

I'm confused... Your neighbor and friend asked you to provide proof of living with your spouse? Why? That's none of their business...

And what kind of interview was it? Your profile says that your naturalization has already been approved, so I'm not sure what kind of interview you are referring to.

If USCIS requests evidence of living together, there is no specific form for it because you have to look for evidence from your married life. Lease, mortgage, utility bills, joint bank accounts, basically anything that shows the two you living at the same address.

So that means they suspected something. Did you not have an state ID or driver license that shows the address?

What  exact evidences did you send or bring?

Did they request affidavits, from a friend and a neighbour who would be aware that you've been living with your husband?

That's a good guess! I'm still trying to understand who requested what and why... But your guess makes sense.

There is no specific form for this. Have them write a letter.

Ok so you gave them a copy of your DL and your Husbands DL with the same address? If they asked for a letter from a friend or neighbour then it's just that a plain old letter. No template nothing official.

I would get more of what you sent to go along with those letters.
