Just re-file it with the correct fee.

You may have to go back and update the current immigration status fields to "out of status" (double check, I'm not sure what the proper wording is) since the I-94 has expired.  I asked the USCIS person on the phone about it since I mailed mine close to our I-94 expiring and he said it wasn't a big deal as long as you were married within the 90 days.

Filing Forms I-765 and I-131 with Form I-485

If you are filing Form I-485 and pay the required fee (or already filed Form I-485 and paid the required fee on or after July 30, 2007), you do not have to pay an additional fee to also file a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and/or Form I-131, Application for Travel Document for advance parole. You may file these forms together. If you choose not to file Form I-765 and/or Form I-131 with your Form I-485, then you must submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence that you filed a Form I-485.

If you filed your Form I-485 before July 30, 2007, you must pay the fees associated with Forms I-765 and/or I-131 when you file them.

Sure, but the USCIS charts and guides are more illustrative.... six of one, half a dozen of the other.... they both get the job done.

The fee calculator calculated the wrong fee for me, so I would not rely on it.  It still added fees for the I-765 and I-131 to the total, even though it would be exempt filing with the I-485 and showed an X on the fee.  The biometrics was also wrong; it probably added the biometrics from the other forms (it's probably why the poster paid $1310 on his original fee).  So I went with the $1225 under the I-485+biometrics since the I-765 and I-131 says it is waived if when filed with the I-485.
