IOE case for I-130, not all submitted documentation visible online

Dear all,

My husband just received the NOA1 for the I-130 petitions he submitted for me and my son.

As he tried to log on into the USCIS online account (we have an IOE case) as instructed in the Form I-797, one of the access codes didn't work (Error saying no petition was found under that code)..
The other one worked and he's shown both cases for which he filed (even the one to which the access code didn't work). It seems as if the cases have been linked (?).

When clicking on the "Documents" tab for each petition in his profile though, only parts of the submitted forms/evidence are uploaded.

For my petition for example, only Part 2.tiff is visible and for my son's petition only part 1.tiff. So basically the majority of the submitted documents is missing/not visible to him.

What happened to all the other documents? Are only a certain amount of documents visible to my husband, but all of them visible to the Service Center Officer performing the review?  Or did a technical error occur?

Did anyone of you experience similar problems and has gotten an answer on this topic by USCIS?

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences!

We also had 'part 2' uploaded. I've no idea what it means but I'm glad I'm not the only one.

That's strange🤔
I think it might be because the system was only used for shorter forms with less documentation so far. Now that the I-130 has been migrated to the online processing, only a certain amount of pages can be shown as upload to the petitioner. I'm sure that the Service Center  Officers can see everything - if not, that would be pretty bad.

My husband was going to call USCIS contact center later today - I'll keep you posted concerning their response 🙂

For us it only shows "part 3", a single page, but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about!

We ended up not calling as multiple VJ users reported the same issue:

I wouldn’t worry. If anything would have went wrong, it would have been a USCIS error.

Hello All! I understand this topic is old, but since I noticed that multiple people said they had the same issue, I was wondering what the outcome was for you. Did anyone receive an RFE due to this? We are in the same boat at the moment and a bit worried (and of course USCIS is pretty unreachable). Would be very grateful for some replies!

All the documents were there, they just didn’t make all of them visible on the account (I guess for some people submitting lots and lots of pages of evidence, that would create a huge pdf or tiff file). This is nothing to worry about 🙂

Good luck on your journey!
