It is mentioned on nvc website that it takes them 30 to 60 days to schedule an interview then why does it take them so long??.Are you also for F4 US visa?

check the visa bulletin. sometimes it takes the nvc a while to schedule depending on embassy availability. what is your category and country? those two will determine when you are going to be interviewed, not when you were documentarily qualified for interview. sometimes nvc collects documents months before visa final action date hence the wait.

Interview Appointment depends on the working of embassy in you country. Usually you'll got your appointment within 30 to 90 days. I got in 40 days in and I'm in Pakistan. So this process requires patience so wait you'll got appointment mail soon.

Its' hard to answer your question as you did not provide your Timeline.

Are at NVC stage? Submitting the docs through CEAC? What type of visa?
