I posted in the wrong thread last time.

Packet 3 (Paid for visa) completed but no appointment available for US Consulate, Ho Chi Minh. I been trying to schedule an appointment since 11/29/2019.

Are they all full?

It says on the website do not fill out the ds-160 until you get the p3 packet in the mail.

DS-160 must be completed prior to scheduling the interview. DS-160 can be completed now even before the P3 is mailed.

Usually you will not receive the P3 letter in the mail. Do an online service request. They will respond typically in 2 -3 days with the instruction (P3). You will need to submit D-160 and pay the visa fee, then schedule the medical afterward. Technically, you will need the P3 to complete the medical exam, although some have gotten by with just the interview confirmation. I wouldn't risk it and would just request that they email it to you via: https://vn.usembassy...a-inquiry-form/  When using the form be sure to add in the comments section the last 4 digits of your SSN or they will email you back asking for it which causes further delays.

Hi,

I have a question, we just received the Packet 3, and I have done the DS 160 also emailed them of the list. How long does the Packet 4 arrives? Will it also be in the mail (sent to petitioner or applicant)? or will it be emailed?. Although I can see it online now, but it said on packet 3 to wait for that until we can schedule an interview.

Montreal, Canada Consulate

Hoping to hear from any of you soon!

Typically, packet 4 arrives as an email within 48 hrs of you sending them a packet 3 response. Suggest that you fill out your timeline so that others may benefit and see how your case has progressed.

Removal of conditions

05-02-23 I-751 sent via FedEx.

05-03-23 I-751 delivered to USCIS address in Tempe AZ.

05-09-23 Check for $680 cashed.

05-15-23 Received I-797 NOA (48-month extension). A separate letter saying biometrics to be re-used. A third letter giving online access code.
