Sent our I129F on 08/23, it was received the 30th, and they cashed the check on 09/04, but I haven't gotten a text or email yet. Is this normal?

Completely normal. You will get your NOA1 through text, email, (depending on if you filled out form g-1145) or snail mail very very soon! Sign up for usps informed delivery if you haven’t already.

Currently waiting for the NOA1 hard copy.

 

* USPS shows our packet was delivered on the fifth. But weirdly enough, when I checked our case status on the USCIS website, it says they received our packet on the fourth. Oh well.
