Hi all, 

 

Would you know if a change of embassy triggers a recheck of all the previously approved documents submitted again per the new embassy? This is for the case that has been already 'documentarily qualified'

Good question.  I would think so, if for no other reason than the approving consulate unit would want to thoroughly review everything directly, before signing off on it.

Do local embassies need sign off on cases before it gets marked as 'documentarily qualified'? Don't the cases get complete based on NVC review and local embassies do a check when the case is sent to them?

No to part 1. It just requires changing the documents case numbers.  Yes to part 2.
