Anybody getting any luck out of the YSC center?  I don't seem to see much from there and that's where our case is sitting.

I’m YSC too and no movement on my case. I haven’t read anything about other applicants with their case at YSC making progress recently.

Good Morning VJ Users,

What a way to start the weekend!!! I received a text from USCIS notifying my ROC update at 8:45am PST today, Sat; June 13 2020). When I logged in to my USCIS profile the status now read as follow:

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

As of June 13, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC2090XXXXXX, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I know it's not a definitive decision BUT I'm glad to receive an update and that it seems it'll move smoothly forward? Please, dear God.

QUESTION: What does the, "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" really mean?

I hope my fellow September 2019 filer and WAC filers soon to receive an update. Good luck to everyone!!! (and also Champagne!! Champagne for everyone!!🥳)

Have a great weekend. Stay safe and healthy.

Best,

J/G

Exciting! I'm pretty sure this means they're using your fingerprints from the last time you did biometrics, so you won't have to go in for another biometrics appointment.  From my understanding it's just box ticking and doesn't necessarily mean anything in terms of processing times, whether or not you'll receive an RFE, etc.

Vermont Center! Any updates? 😀

No updates on our case but a whole bunch of case numbers near ours have been transferred to other offices over the past couple weeks.  And two I-751 cases near ours were approved on June 15, I assume without interview!

With the new wave of covid-19 spike, and a lot of case number had the status changed to "ready to be scheduled for interview" (mine included 🤪).

My hope is, USCIS would do the needful by approving without going through the interview process.

I just want to get over with the process, there are some good jobs i was deprived of because of my immigration status.

Looks like us YSC applicants got it worst! No news since fingerprints were taken at the end of January. Hoping for some movement soon!

Another I-751 EAC case number near ours approved today without interview, plus a few more transferred!  Very encouraging, fingers crossed we'll see movement soon :)

I am a LIN filer and I have not had an update since "file received" mid September. My biometrics were taken late (walk-in 1/22). I have been checking applications 2000 numbers before me (LIN1990700***) and there are no updates what so ever. Just waiting patiently at this point for citizenship window to open!!
