Hi, I am headed to the Boston office as well for my interview on Feb. 5. Apart from GC, tax forms for the last 3-5 years, marriage certificate, what else are you planning to take?

Hope both of us are approved on the spot!

Hey! I'm applying as a spouse so I am taking my spouse's birth certificate. Marriage Cert, Greencard and my passport. I wasn't going to bring the tax forms as I only have the PDFs that I uploaded with the application. I guess I could bring the evidence folder I have - but that was for the original application, since then I've been through the AOS and the ROC so it didn't seem necessary to bring anything else.

Good luck next week!

Hey all - here's a write up of my Boston Office experience.

Entered the building about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Security scanned my bag and went through a metal detector, nothing unusual here. A short queue, nothing harrowing. There were already at a glance around 30 people in the waiting area. I was checked in, given a number and directed to a seat. After about ten minutes I was called up for a biometrics check. They took my photograph, finger prints, verified my address and updated my travel details as been on a short vacation since submitting my application. The person I spoke to was friendly and cheerful, which put my nerves well at ease. I returned to my seat, and then about ten minutes later I was called up again to take my civics test. I was asked six questions, and got them all correct so we moved on. It happened so fast, I don't recall the questions I was asked. I was asked to write on an iPad "The president lives in the white house", and then I was told I had completed the test and should wait for my interview. Again, the person was very friendly and I was feeling good about the process.

At this point, it was about 5 minutes after my scheduled interview time which was great. But, I had to then wait about 1hr 25 minutes before I was called to an interview. My name was called, I was introduced to the officer who explained they would be doing the interview. We walked through to their office and I was sworn in. Due to a technical issue I had my biometrics taken again. I saw my file on the desk; it was huge and had some alarming but seemingly insignificant red marks on it. It even had the original post-it notes I had on my evidence submission for the ROC!  We went through all the Yes/No questions on the form and confirmed my answers for each. I had to sign a screen to acknowledge the answers were correct. I then had to sign the screen again to indicate I understand the oath and will agree to it. I finally had to verify the information that was on the screen as that would form my certificate.

Finally, the officer informed me he will approve my application and I will be invited to the oath ceremony by mail in the coming few weeks. I was escorted out, shook their hand and went and bought a coffee with my wife.

All in all, the total time was 2 hours, the biometrics, test and interview combined was about 15 minutes.

Now I just need to wait for the ceremony part.

@Alimanu I had my interview yesterday and my ceremony has been scheduled already. I don't know when exactly it will be because the letter isn't showing up on the USCIS website yet. However my "estimated completion date" jumped from Feb to May. Any update on your side of things yet?
